Great care has been taken in the construction of this site to ensure that you are able to view the most recent up-to-date version at all times. However, if you are still having problems please view the Browser Internet Settings Guide (available to download below in PDF format).

The instructions are for the Windows version of IE 6.0 , Netscape 8.0, Mozilla Firefox 1.0 and Opera 8.0, which refers to both cookies and cached files as Temporary Internet files, and how to clear history. The instructions for Internet Explorer also explain how to set your Internet Settings to check for newer versions of Web pages every time you visit a web site. Included at the end of each separate section in the PDF document (aside from Opera) are minimal instructions for clearing cache for Mac users.

Please note for further additional instructions and/or if your current version is earlier than those listed in the document, please consult the Help section on your chosen Internet browser. [For those of you who are viewing this page in print view, please return to the main page to download the PDF]
